We all have our own set of new year's resolutions and I'm pretty sure that everyone has a health resolution written down on their lists. 
Yesterday, I wanted to fulfill my resolution of getting fit this year so I decided to work out with a few friends at a gym then played bowling after. My arms feel weak after the bowling game but I know it's  definitely gonna be worth it!

I am, by no means, a fitness guru but I think it would nice if I share bits and pieces of my own fitness journey this year. I know some people would think I'm fairly 'thin' already so why in the world do I feel the need to exercise and workout? Well you see, there's a big difference between being thin and being fit. And if I were to choose, I'd chose the latter (hands down). In working out, you mainly have two choices either you workout at home or workout at a gym. I really can't tell which one is better. It usually depends on a person's schedule, budget and fitness goals. Let me share a few points to help you decide which one will work best for you!

In Working Out at Home
It's easier and cheaper since you don't have to pay for anything but it does require a lot more determination and discipline. You have to set up your own workout routine and diet plans. Sounds easy? Well it's not. Planning which workout exercises to do is gonna be difficult. I suggest you try to plan your exercise routine with a friend who has or had an experiencing training himself. It's better if you know which exercises are more effective in sculpting abs, losing weight, toning legs, etc...

I came across this Youtube Channel called Blogilates while searching for a good workout video and I'm not even kidding when I say that finding that channel is the best thing that happened to my fitness journey! The trainer, Cassey Ho, is super relatable, energetic and funny. Who wouldn't want her as a fitness trainer? You'll instantly feel like you're just working out with one of your girlfriends Plus, she plays the coolest workout songs! And one last thing, have you ever wondered how it feels to workout wearing stilettos? You can stop guessing and start working out with those sky-high heels of yours through her stilettos leg workout.
